Services Provided
Silver Oak provides Google Business Profile management, reputation management, SEO, and digital marketing services on a subscription basis.
Authorization to Access Accounts
By engaging Silver Oak, you authorize us to access and manage platforms on your behalf including Google Business Profile, review platforms, and directories. You retain ownership of all accounts.
Subscription Billing & Autopay
All services are billed on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize automatic charges to your selected payment method.
Failure to maintain valid payment may result in suspension of services.
No Refund Policy
Due to the digital and labor-based nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription with 30 days written notice. Services continue through the end of the current billing cycle.
No Performance Guarantees
Silver Oak does not guarantee rankings, traffic, reviews, leads, or business results. Third-party platforms and algorithms are outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
Silver Oak is not liable for changes made by Google or third-party platforms, loss of rankings, reviews, or business revenue. Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the prior 60 days.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Silver Oak harmless from any claims arising from your business listings, customer interactions, or use of third-party platforms.
Communications Consent
By submitting forms or subscribing, you consent to receive communications related to your services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Silver Oak operates.
Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
